FDA Announces OMUFA Facility Fee Increase For FY 2024

FDA announced facility fees for the fiscal 2024 over-the-counter (OTC) monograph drug user fee program (OMUFA) will increase from the previous fiscal year. In a Federal Register notice scheduled for publication Friday (March 29), FDA announces the monograph drug facility fee will be $34,166 and the contract manufacturing organization facility fee will be $22,777.
